Holiday Activities

After school activities are a speciality at Llantarnam Grange with a host of specialist workshops to cater for all trends. Free art and craft activities are available on Saturdays with independent morning and afternoon sessions for adults with children aged 5 and over.

No booking is necessary, simply come along on a first come, first served basis. For more details ring 01633 483321.

Holiday activities are also available with special art and craft sessions provided for the summer Holidays 2005 with a full range of workshops for young people aged 5 - 16, ranging from funky, beaded jewellery, textiles, clay portraits and kite making, to creative writing, drama, etc.

Summertime is also the ideal opportunity to learn more about your local heritage at Pontypool Museum in an informal and enjoyable way. Take part in our easy to do summertime 'Holiday History Quiz' with questions to solve both inside and outside the museum.

Begin with solving puzzles within the museum galleries, then gain an insight into your locality with our roving problem solving quiz sheet. Have fun and learn about your local heritage at the same time this summer!
