Museum in a Box

As part of the Partnership's Lifelong Learning Project, Pontypool Museum and Llantarnam Grange Arts Centre have introduced colourful activity boxes with children's tables and chairs to encourage parents to come along with their younger children and enjoy the displays in both venues.

Parents can study the exhibitions at their leisure while the children enjoy playing with a variety of period toys and games, or read books from the shelves nearby.

Magnetic white boards are also available for the children to amuse themselves with a large variety of Stick - on letters, numbers, words and emblems.
